- Score \> 21 on Anxiety Sensitivity Index - Revised Fear of Respiratory Symptoms Subscale.
Exclusion
- Seizures
- Hypertension
- Heart problems
- Pregnancy
- Asthma
- Other health conditions exacerbated by intense exercise.
