Inclusion
- Body mass index (BMI) \> 35,
- Insulin-requiring T2DM,
- Age \>18yr,
- Having undergone gastric bypass surgery,
- HbA1C \>8%
Exclusion
- Non-insulin requiring T2DM,
- HbA1C \<8%
