Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- The adults with disc degeneration（age \>= 20 years old） A. Herniated intervertebral disc. B. Spondylolisthesis. C. Spondylolysis. D. Other causes of disc degeneration.
Exclusion
- Age \< 20 years old.
- Pregnancy.
- Spinal tumors.
- Spinal infections.
