- ASA I or ASA II
- informed consent

Exclusion
- pregnancy
- respiratory insufficiency
- cardiac insufficiency
- hepatic insufficiency
- renal insufficiency
- ASA III or IV
- contraindications to the locoregional anesthesia
- contraindications to the xylocaine used
- patient participate to an another clinical study
- guardianship patient
