Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia
- prolonged fever and deterioration of radiological findings despite macrolides treatment for 7 days or more.
Exclusion
- chronic cardiac and pulmonary disease
- immunodeficiency
- requiring mechanical ventilation
- with other pathogens detected during pneumonia.
