Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • patients diagnosed with lupus systemic erythematosus and juvenile dermatomyositis
  • physically inactive
  • stable pharmacological treatment

Exclusion

  • macroalbuminuria
  • GFR \< 30 mL/min/1.73m2
  • use of oral anticontraceptive agents
  • pregnancy
  • diabetes mellitus
  • hypothyroidism
