Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • age 20-30 year, no past medical history, BMI 20-29, physically active, after completion of medical questionnaire and physical examination -

Exclusion

  • heart diseases, respiratory diseases,resting BP\>140/90, DM, anhydrosis, skin diseases, pregnancy, breast feeding, using OC continuously, acute illness in the past two weeks.
