- Planned knee joint arthroscopy
- No history of trauma
Exclusion
- Neoplasia
- Rheumatoid arthritis
- Intake of Steroids, cytostatic drugs,immunosuppression
- Pregnancy or lactation
- Addiction
- Participation in other clinical trials
