Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • persons of 18 years and older who receive a transthoracic echocardiography at our department
  • written consent

Exclusion

  • present atrial fibrillation/flutter
  • permanent pacemaker rhythm
  • moderate/severe valvular heart disease
  • pregnancy
