Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Completely edentulous for at least 1 year
- Patients requesting new maxillary and mandibular complete dentures
- Mental receptiveness
- Good understanding of spoken Portuguese
Exclusion
- Debilitating systemic diseases
- Pathologic changes of residual edentulous ridges
- Dysfunctional disorders of the masticatory system
