Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- 14- 18 week gestation pregnant women with or without any vaginal discharge
- singleton pregnancy, without any fetal or uterine anomaly
Exclusion
- Any complication in pregnancy
- Any history of disease in pregnancy
