Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • 14- 18 week gestation pregnant women with or without any vaginal discharge
  • singleton pregnancy, without any fetal or uterine anomaly

Exclusion

  • Any complication in pregnancy
  • Any history of disease in pregnancy
