Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • age 18 -70

Exclusion

  • contraindication to MRI
  • Resting oxygen saturation \<95%
  • Volunteers requiring bronchodilators less than 4 hourly
  • additional respiratory diagnoses
  • pregnancy
