Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Fulfil Lacour's criteria for Multiple Chemical Sensitivity
- Sign a written informed consent form
Exclusion
- A psychotic or bipolar disorder
- An acute psychiatric disorder requiring other treatment
- Suicidal ideations
- Current alcohol or drug abuse
- Previously engaged in a mindfulness programme
