- fire smoke exposed patient
- \> 18 years of age
- admitted to hospital
Exclusion
- \< 18 years of ager
- trauma patient
- Control group (healthy volunteers/hospital staff):
- \> 18 years of age
- non-smoker
- no exposure to fire smoke
