Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Clinically healthy or Clinical diagnosis of Type 2 diabetes on a stable dose of metformin monotherapy
Exclusion
- Type 1 Diabetes
- History of significant heart disease
- Prior bariatric surgery
- Women of childbearing potential
