Inclusion
- Age\>=18
- Scheduled for interventional upper GI endoscopy with midazolam and propofol sedation
Exclusion
- No informed consent
- ASA IV or V
- Emergency endoscopy
- Preexisting hypotension, bradycardia or hypoxemia
