Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Stage 3 Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)
  • Primary diagnosis hypertension or diabetes

Exclusion

  • Smokers
  • Individuals \< 35 or \> 70 years of age
  • Any contraindicators to exercise training as defined by the ACSM guidelines (GETP8)
