Inclusion
- Stage 3 Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD)
- Primary diagnosis hypertension or diabetes
Exclusion
- Smokers
- Individuals \< 35 or \> 70 years of age
- Any contraindicators to exercise training as defined by the ACSM guidelines (GETP8)
