Inclusion
- Inclusion:
- Diagnosis of morbid obesity BMI \> 40
- Female, age 18-75
- Mentally competent to give informed consent
- Scheduled to undergo a transvaginal NOTES sleeve gastrectomy
- Exclusion:
- Pregnant women
- BMI \< 40
