Inclusion
- 1\. Age ≥ 20
- 2\. elective off-pump coronary artery bypass graft
Exclusion
- 1\. arrhythmia
- EF \<40%
- valvular heart dz
- pul HTN
- PAOD
- lung dz
- NYHA IV
- ESRD
