Inclusion

  • Clinical diagnosis pulmonary hypertension
  • World Health Organization (WHO) functional class II to IV
  • inspiratory muscle weakness

Exclusion

  • obesity
  • chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
  • orthopedic and neurological disease
