Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- age between 18 and 65, along with one or more of the following
- ever told by a physician that you have hypertension
- family history of hypertension
- current stress
- BMI over 30
- current smoker
- inactive/sedentary lifestyle (defined as less than 150 minutes of exercise a week)
Exclusion
- age under 18 or over 65
