Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- \- Nonedematous hyponatremia with normal renal, adrenal and thyroid function. -Non-hyponatremia with increased fractional excretion of urate.
Exclusion
- Subjects \< 18 years of age
- Pregnancy
- Serum creatinine \> 1.4 mg/dl
