Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- AHI \> 30
- Intolerance to CPAP therapy
- Signed informed consent
Exclusion
- Epworth sleepiness scale \> 16/24
- Severe cardiac and/or respiratory disease
- BMI\>32 kg/m2
- Dental contraindication to oral appliance
