Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- pregnancy between 24 and 31.6 weeks
- singleton fetus
- threatened preterm birth.
Exclusion
- Fetuses: congenital anomalies
- Mothers: severe or multiple maternal illnesses
- Drug users or institutionalized or psychotic women
