Inclusion
- Healthy Volunteers between 18 and 60 years old
Exclusion
- Smokers
- Pathological spirometry
- History of treatment with aminoglygosides 1 month prior the study
- Known allergy to aminoglycosydes
- Any lung pathology or history of lung surgery
