Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- cranial trauma with Glasgow =\< 8
- spinal trauma with ASIA A, B, C
- high-velocity fracture of femur, tibia, pelvis
Exclusion
- brain dead
- pathological fractures (cancer, osteoporosis)
- blood transfusion received
- pregnancy
