Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • cranial trauma with Glasgow =\< 8
  • spinal trauma with ASIA A, B, C
  • high-velocity fracture of femur, tibia, pelvis

Exclusion

  • brain dead
  • pathological fractures (cancer, osteoporosis)
  • blood transfusion received
  • pregnancy
