Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- age 19 years or older
- outpatient colonoscopy
Exclusion
- inpatient
- unable to provide informed consent
- previous bowel resection, inflammatory bowel disease
- musculoskeletal disorder or other mobility issues limiting effective patient position changes.
- inadequate bowel preparation
