Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • age 19 years or older
  • outpatient colonoscopy

Exclusion

  • inpatient
  • unable to provide informed consent
  • previous bowel resection, inflammatory bowel disease
  • musculoskeletal disorder or other mobility issues limiting effective patient position changes.
  • inadequate bowel preparation
