Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Osteoarthritis diagnosed by MRI
  • End stage osteoarthritis candidate for total ankle replacement

Exclusion

  • Pregnancy or lactating
  • Positive tests for HIV, HCV, HBV
  • Active neurologic disorder
  • End organ damage
  • Uncontrolled endocrine disorder
