Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- age between 18-60 years
- prone surgery
- lumbar disc surgery
Exclusion
- suspected difficult airway,
- risk factors for perioperative aspiration,
- chronic coughing,
- recent history of respiratory tract infection,
- chronic obstructive lung disease and
- obesity
