Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- All Children aged from 0 to 12 who are undergoing open congenital cardiac surgery.
Exclusion
- Simple atrial septal defect
- Bidirectional cavopulmonary shunt undergoing Fontan completion
- Chromosomal defects
- Airway or parenchymal lung disease
- Immunodeficiency
- Blood disorder
