Inclusion
- Patients with prosthetic valve thrombosis
Exclusion
- Large left atrial thrombus
- Recent (\<3 weeks) ischemic stroke
- Hemorrhagic stroke
- Early (\<4 days) postoperative period
- Traumatic accident \<4 weeks
- Bleeding diathesis †
- İntracranial mass
- Active internal bleed
- Aortic dissection
