Inclusion
- patients with resistant hypertension
- age 18-65 years
Exclusion
- known cause of hypertension
- heart failure
- renal dysfunction
- Stroke, transient ischaemic attack or myocardial infarction in the past 6 months
- cirrhosis
- pregnancy
- undertreatment of glucocorticoid
