Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- diagnosis of or family history of ALS,MND,ALS with dementia, or PLS.
- diagnosis of Miyoshi myopathy
- willingness to provide a blood sample for study use
Exclusion
- unwilling to provide a blood or saliva sample
