- Ability to exercise
- written consent
Exclusion
- Inability to exercise
- Known ischemic cardiovascular disease
- Severe pulmonary disease
- High activity level
- Pregnancy
- drug/alcohol abuse
- Unstable RA
- diagnosis before 2000
