Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- inpatient rehabilitation
- COPD (Gold stage III and IV)
Exclusion
- severe exacerbation in the last four weeks
- acute infections
- fever
- neuritides
- severe osteoporosis
- skin disease
- manic depression
