- University Medical Hospital in the Netherlands
- Exclusion Criteria for clusters:
- Absence of consent to be randomized
- Inclusion Criteria for participants:
- Health care staff at University Medical Hospitals
- Patients cared for during the study influenza epidemics of selected divisions
- Exclusion Criteria for participants:
- None
