Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age\> 18
- Same day bidirectional endoscopy
Exclusion
- Prior failed endoscopy.
- Any major complication during previous endoscopy.
- Difficulty in communication with the patients.
- Psychiatric disease or mental retardation.
