Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- patients undergoing elective gynecological or urological surgical procedures
Exclusion
- age \< 18
- pregnancy or nursing
- pre-existing chronic pain
- severe hepatic or renal failure
- post-operative progression of local cancer disease
- post-operative infection or inflammation of surgical wound
