Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Inclusion criteria:
- all in-patients in treatment with an intravenous antiinfective for \>60h,
- hospitalized in a ward with computerized physician order entry (cpoe)
- Exclusion criteria:
- outpatients,
- ward without cpoe,
- no intravenous antiinfective treatment
