Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- ASA I,II,III status
- Who were scheduled to have elective transurethral resection of the prostate
Exclusion
- Chronic renal failure
- coagulopathy
- active anorectal disease
- active urinary tract infection
- uncontrolled diabetes
