Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- ASA I or II
- 20-65 year
- patient who undergoing elective thyroidectomy
Exclusion
- coronary occlusive disease
- peripheral vascular disease
- BMI \> 30 kg/m2
- abnormal thyroid function test
- laparoscopic assisted thyroidectomy
