Inclusion

  • sperm count less than 10 million per milliliter
  • non-obstructive azoospermia

Exclusion

  • high FSH ( \> 10 mIU/ ml )
  • high prolactin ( \> 36 mIU/ml )
  • abnormal karyotype
  • AZF
