Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- \> 18 years old
- recent cardio-thoracic surgery (\< 30 days of admission)
- compliance to pulmonary rehabilitation program
Exclusion
- clinical instability
- concomitant severe co-morbidities
- inability to use respiratory devices
