Inclusion
- Adults ( \>16 years)
- With blood culture isolate(s) A. baumannii
- Informed consent gained
Exclusion
- Second/repeat episodes of bacteremia
- Patients who could not or did not receive antimicrobial treatment
- Patient not admitted to hospital
