- High risk (\> or equal 14 points in FINDRISC score)
- PTOG with IFG/ITG or both
- Able to sign informed consent
Exclusion
- Type 2 diabetes in screening
- Low risk (\< 14 points in FINDRISC)
- Terminal diseases
