Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- ASA physical status 1 or 2 patients
- patients scheduled for orthognathic surgery (two-jaw)
Exclusion
- severe cardiovascular disease
- allergy to dexmedetomidine
- psychological disease
- patients who cannot understand Korean
