Inclusion
- Clinical diagnosis of ST-segment elevation acute myocardial infarction submitted to pharmacoinvasive strategy with tenecteplase.
Exclusion
- Absence of obstructive coronary disease
- Surgical reference
- Did not undergo catheterization
