- Patients with pilonidal disease
Exclusion
- Previous history of pilonidal disease treatment
- Pregnant or breast-feeding women
- Systemic diseases that would affect wound healing
- Diabetes
- Chronic renal failure
- Autoimmune diseases
- Malignant diseases
