Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- left sided colonic and rectal tumors
- eligible for elective laparoscopic surgery
Exclusion
- Patients with intestinal obstruction or perforation.
- patients with T4b tumors.
- metastatic tumors
- patients with multiple previous abdominal surgeries
