Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Age \> 18 years
- Both sexes
- Acute admission to the acute Trust with suspected acute coronary syndrome
Exclusion
- Patients at a terminal stage of any illness
- Those in whom follow up would be inappropriate or impractical
